Most ideas fail not because they are bad, but because they never get far enough to be tested honestly. We shorten the distance between concept and evidence, building functional prototypes that answer the real questions: is it feasible, is it worth it, and how much effort does it actually take.
Our approach is deliberately un-precious. The goal is not a polished product, it is a working demonstration you can make a decision on. We use current AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to move quickly from concept to something you can click through, and we back prototypes with real data when the question needs it. As a recent example, we built a property research tool on a Postgres database (Supabase) that aggregates factors like flood and landslip risk and commute times into one view, exactly the kind of lightweight, data-backed build that turns a vague idea into something testable.
