DXR is a New Zealand technical consultancy. We build data, CRM, automation, and brand systems for small and medium businesses, and we stay hands-on: the people who scope the work are the people who deliver it, from national-scale public tools to lean back offices for small teams.
Our aim is simple. Replace manual, fragile processes with reporting and systems your team trusts and can run without us.
Most consultancies lead with a product: a CRM platform, an AI tool, a dashboard licence. We start with your operational reality instead. The systems you have, the processes that work and the ones that do not, the data you are sitting on but not using, and the constraints that actually shape what is possible.
Then we build something that fits, and we hand it over. Our track record is one move, repeated: take manual, error-prone work (payroll run by hand, reporting rebuilt from scratch every month, disconnected systems that never agree with each other) and turn it into repeatable products people rely on. We have done that at national scale, on public tools reaching tens of thousands of people a year, and at the scale of a single small business that just needs its numbers to add up.

A new CRM does not fix a broken process, and a dashboard does not fix bad data. We build a single trusted data model first, then put the reporting on top, so the numbers finally agree.

We are straight about timelines, cost, and complexity. We would rather lose the work upfront than build something that will not survive your real environment.
Capability stays with you
Documentation, training, and handover are part of every job. We have mentored analyst teams to build their own Power BI, and we would rather leave you self-sufficient than dependent on us.
